Welcome to my blog, I am glad you are here.

I have been on a personal and professional journey of transformational leadership for many years; one that has taken me from public speaking to the religious sector, to a non-profit, to running my own mid-size family business…and ultimately to here, where I am now. At 62 I have the privilege to reflect on my experiences and decide with intention where my journey will take me next. As T.S. Eliot put it, “We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we began and to know the place for the first time.”
